We will deliver professional care and attention for your AV equipment or systems, whatever the brand, wherever they are located, providing a tailored audio visual Service Level Agreement

 We will audit your requirements and design a bespoke audio visual maintenance package to suit your specific needs and budget

 We will tailor call-out response times to suit your requirements. Choose a reactive ad hoc service or a programme of preventative maintenance packages visits– or a combination of both.

Warranty

Extend or enhance your hardware product warranty for 1, 2, 3 or 5 years with options for next working day swap out and extended manufacturers warranty options. 

As part of your support contract, we offer enhancements to the manufacturer’s warranty for a range of products. Allowing you to choose the best level of support and a choice of time frames to ensure the length of coverage required.

Training

Tutor lead & certificated training courses for equipment supplied by AVworx and used in your systems. Training courses are chargeable either PAYG per course or included in an extended warranty and support contract.

Helpdesk

Dedicated UK technical support via telephone, and email  with

SLA to support the deployment and ongoing management and maintenance of your systems.

AVworx can support a very wide range of equipment. Our national pool of skills and resources means we are capable of maintaining current and legacy systems, even if they were not originally installed by us.
 

Our cover can offer response times as short as two hours; naturally our onsite engineers are able to respond immediately, maximising the availability of your equipment.
Service's can include next-day loan equipment in the event of a breakdown and replacement parts (exceptions will be given should they arise).
